- One (1) Industry Representative to be elected from the from Sub Regions of Southern Rural Heritage, Southern Range and Wine Country, Great Southern Coastal

Nominator: David Kerr - Dolphin Discovery Centre
As more than one nomination has been received for this one position it will be decided by postal vote. Eligible members will be posted ballot papers.
- Geographe Sub Regional Representative

The nomination for the Geographe Sub Regional Representative on the Australia’s South West Inc Board of Management has been received without opposition. Where no more than the required number of candidates is nominated for any office, those so nominated shall be elected.
- Blackwood River Valley Sub Regional Representative
No nomination for the Blackwood River Valley Sub Regional Representative on the Australia’s South West Inc Board of Management was received. In the case of no nominations for any of the Board positions the Board has the power to appoint a member to that position until the next AGM.
- Southern Forests Sub Regional Representative
Nominee: Mark Hudson - Pemberton Visitor Centre
