Fervor is a roaming pop-up restaurant that focuses on native Australian and locally sourced produce. We make sure to find the most unique and breath-taking settings to showcase the amazing South West region of Western Australia as the venue for our restaurant.
We serve a maximum of 30-35 people, depending on location, to keep our dinners intimate. Our dinners comprise of between 8-10 course meals that are based on local, native and sustainable ingredients, to create an unforgettable degustation dining experience. We take are diners on a culinary journey where conversation with the chefs and fellow guests are encouraged. Crafted with passion and prepared before your eyes we bring out the taste and excitement of the region with each dish served.
Our field of Australian produce is ever expanding as we visit different regions, move with the seasons, gain knowledge and understanding and incorporate this into the experience that reflects "Fervor”. We encourage people to learn whilst at the same time promoting, respecting and appreciating the wonderful produce that Western Australia has to offer.
