Membership with Australia's South West
We would like to invite you to join Australia’s South West Inc. for the new financial year 2009/10. Your membership will help us to actively promote the region, while offering your business a variety of marketing opportunities and benefits.

• Receive a 20% discount off advertising in ASW publications. Flagship publications for 2009/2010 include the ASW Holiday Planner and Winter Getaways.
• The 2010 ASW Holiday Planner will be the association’s peak promotional tool which will be extensively distributed into both domestic and international markets.
• The very popular Winter Getaways campaign will again be active in the Perth market over four months giving operators the chance to create that extra business during the traditionally quieter cooler months.
• All members receive a listing on the newly enhanced website australiassouthwest.com.
• We will maintain our heightened presence in Singapore and Malaysia by attending four consumer shows and a trade mission in 2009/2010 and have included representation in some membership categories.

Conditions of Membership
· Any organisation, business, local authority or person whose aim and activities include the development, servicing or promotion of tourism in the Region may become a member of Australia’s South West Inc.
· All prices quoted as at 1 July 2009 and include GST.
· The board of Australia’s South West reserve the right to accept / deny membership and alter membership activities / benefits at its discretion.
· The member warrants that the information supplied to ASW is true and correct and that the publication of such information will not contravene any provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) [or the Fair Trading Act (1987) (WA)].
In the event that any claim is made under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) [or the Fair Trading Act (1987) (WA)] against Australia’s South West Inc in relation to the publication of the information, the member fully indemnifies Australia’s South West Inc for any liability arising from its involvement, either direct or indirect, in that publication.
· When brochure distribution is included as a marketing benefit it is at a maximum weight of 2 A4 pages from Perth to the destination.
· Where the database is included in a Representation Package it will only contain the details of those people met with.
· Any outstanding debtor whose account is overdue by 3 months or more will automatically lose their membership benefits until the debt has been settled. Representation at a trade or consumer show may be cancelled if an operator has an outstanding account.
· Members must observe conditions set out in the constitution and all local, state and federal statutory obligations including licenses, insurances, and permits.
· All benefits offered are non transferable and not refundable for cash.
· Please allow 21 days for membership processing.
