Rock Climbing and Abseiling

With dramatic tall cliffs dropping sheer to the ocean and huge granite domes rising over magnificent karri forests, Australia's South West is home to some of the State's premier rock climbing and abseiling sites.

Tour operators offer training, thrills and spills for beginners, as well as an adrenalin-pumping taste of some of the region's more challenging rock features for more experienced rock climbers. Check with the local visitor centre for tour operators.

Those with experience and their own equipment wishing to do their own self-guided climb must notify the park ranger.
