Wander through the gardens of this unique guesthouse in Nannup.
Holberry House is located on 4 acres of landscaped gardens in the town centre, with self-contained or hosted options. Relax and re-connect in peace and quiet, with plenty of space around you.

Holberry House is situated in Nannup, near the Munda Biddi cycle trail and within walking distance to the cafes and main street, making it a central base to explore the South West attractions.

Classified as a guesthouse or private small hotel, the emphasis is to offer relaxing and peaceful accommodation with warm and friendly service.

Seven elegantly appointed queen size guest rooms, each with its own bathroom and one with a corner spa are furnished with antiques and have air-conditioning and heating.  All rooms have televisions.

Downstairs the guest lounge area features an open log fireplace and opens onto the veranda and gardens.  There is a swimming pool open during the summer months.

The gardens at Holberry House are an escape in themselves and just beyond the front gate is the townsite of Nannup with an interesting selection of cafes, restaurants, galleries and vintage stores.  Walking down the main street is like walking back in time.

The Munda Biddi cycle trail passes through town and the Bibbulmun Track is only 12 kms from Nannup.

We offer cooked breakfasts at a cost of $14 per person and light evening meals are available on request.

The grounds of Holberry House are open daily for guests and visitors to town to enjoy.  The Holberry Sculpture Walk showcases the artworks of regional artists and area available for sale.

The grounds are available for hire for weddings and corporate events.
Holberry House is centrally located to the many attractions of the South West, with Busselton, Margaret River and the coast a 45 min drive, and other regional tourism destinations of Pemberton, Manjimup, Augusta and Balingup under an hour away.

The Blackwood River winds through the town and is accessible at many points. The river walk trail follows the water and connects to a network of cycle and walking trails.

There are many beautiful scenic drives around the region, including the iconic Balingup, Bridgetown and Nannup route to be explored. We have a great selection of half and full day trail maps for guests to use.

Reception is manned between 2pm and 7pm and 7am to 11am. We live on site so are nearby for queries outside of these times.

Check In / Check Out

Check in is anytime after 2pm and departure is prior to 10.30am

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a reservation less than 14 days prior to arrival, if we are fully booked and cannot rebook the room, the first nights accommodation may be charged.
