Our accommodation provides a unique experience of being in amongst the trees in chalets that are powered by the sun and fed by rainwater. Our mission is to provide our guests with a beautiful and luxurious place to relax and wind down that encompasses sustainable and eco-friendly tourism.
Our chalets offer amazing views of the Australian natural bush from the back bath decks and our magnificent Rosegum plantation from the front decks. Get up and close with the wildlife. Most mornings guests will awaken to see kangaroos on their doorstep and hear the prolific birdsong.

CANCELLATION OR VARIATION:
If you wish to vary or cancel your Booking, please contact us immediately by email on info@treechalets.com.au
For cancellations with 14 days or more notice the full amount paid will be refunded less a $50 administration fee using your original payment method. For cancellations within 14 days of your arrival all monies will be forfeited. Bookings for the Easter, Christmas and New Year holiday periods require 30 days’ notice of cancellation or all monies will be forfeited.
Variations in bookings which reduce the number of nights stay will be a treated as a cancellation of the booking in respect of those nights. No refund will be made for a variation to the extent that it breaches our minimum nights’ stay policy.
MINIMUM NIGHTS STAY
We have a minimum nights’ stay policy of 2 nights. Single night stays are possible if the day before and the day after are already booked and we have time available to clean. The rate for a single night stay is $380. We usually have 1 to 2 single night stays available each month which can be booked directly from our website. Please contact us direct if you have any queries.
Long weekends have a minimum of 3 nights stay. Christmas/New Year Week and Easter Weekend have a minimum stay policy of 4 nights.
COVID 19 Travel Restrictions policy
Please rest assured if you book with us and travel restrictions are changed then you will have the option of a full refund or re-book to a later date with no added charges or a voucher which is valid for 3 years.
