NB Rain is possible, and you should expect at least a 1-2m swell on your expedition. The southern ocean is never completely calm. Expeditions will still depart if it is raining and/or the sea is rough, the whales don’t mind! We recommend bringing a waterproof jacket and extra warm clothing with you as you may get wet from sea spray even if it doesn’t rain. Of course if weather conditions do not allow visibility or are unsafe, an expedition will be cancelled. You will receive an option to rebook or be refunded for the cost of the expedition. A decision cannot be made until closer to time, please discuss this further with the Amazing South Coast Booking Officer if you have queries.
Bookings must be made more than 14 days ahead of intended travel dates. This package is non refundable. Changes to dates and or will incur a $282 amendment fee per person. A fee of $50 applies per person per name change.
