Great excitement is building around this year's Christmas in the City event. The annual event transforms Bunbury into a magical place to celebrate the spirit of Christmas.
Free to attend, the event runs from 3 - 8.30pm and promises not to disappoint, featuring the Festival. RAC Street Parade and The Apprentice and Traineeship Company Carols Concert.
The Festival will host a wide range of entertainment and activities for the whole family, along with food and market stalls. Christmas in the City will be held at Bunbury's iconic Graham Bricknell Music Shell and Bicentennial Square. Approximately 15,000 patrons from Bunbury-Geographe and the wider South West community attend throughout the afternoon and evening.
The RAC Street Parade is one of the absolute favourites on the City's calendar! The Parade begins at 5.30pm, and will leave from the Blair Street Foreshore car Park and travel through Bunbury's CBD in a loop. Spectators are encouraged to bring their Christmas cheer as they line the street of the Parade route to watch the wonderful tradition of floats as they pass by.
The Apprentice and traineeship Company carols Concert, kicks off at 7pm and features a spectacular line-up of classic and modern Christmas songs and carols. Nothing says 'Christmas' quite like carols, so sit back, relax and enjoy the show!
