Our world has changed!
It feels like we went to bed in one world and woke up in a new one.
And as we start to explore our new world we look to the future with optimistic eyes.
We bring with us our stories, our new ideas, and our hopes and dreams for the future.
We breathe life into our words, and we set them free.
Welcome to Written Worlds.

After an unprecedented year that has surprised and terrified us in equal amounts, MRRWF wanted to look to the future with hopeful and optimistic eyes, to celebrate, to come together as a community, and share in the positivity, strength, and power that our words can have.
To bring our creative theme to life we sort out the artistic help of local artist, illustrator, and graphic designer, Emily Jackson who is renowned and for her colourful, energetic, inspiring, and just plain joyous illustrative style.
Emily drew on the Written Worlds creative theme, the living and natural world of Western Australia, and of course, all the events of this crazy year to create an illustration that tells this living story, and the more you look at it, the more the story is revealed.
Limited edition prints of the Written Worlds illustration will be available to purchase with ticket packages which will go on sale soon.
