Learn and discover the history behind the Southern Forests & Valleys premium pinots from a wine tasting panel discussion made up of local winemakers and wine aficionados.

Following the panel, enjoy a pilgrimage of pinot tastings and local produce pairings before continuing the evening at the new Tall Timbers brewery for a Pinot Party with DJ's performing into the night. This event will be live-streamed internationally.

Departing from Pemberton town, enjoy the scenery and stories of the region before embarking onto a safari through the rest and onto the Yeagarup Dunes.

These dunes are 4WD accessible only and simply stunning. Running parallel to the coast, the Yeagarup Dunes are landlocked and are massive! Blown inland by the Southerly winds, they are 8km from the beach.

Relax and enjoy the photography opportunities, sand sliding, games or simply enjoy the views whilst your sample some of the region’s best Pinot and local produce as the colours keeping into the night.

Silkwood Estate will be serving a three-course lunch menu with a selection of Pinot from our award-winning winery, including our hand harvested limited edition 2020 Pinot.

The set menu will commence with house made brioche with Rosemary butter, followed by three courses of delicious dishes made with local produce, finished with a sorbet made from the juice of the 2023 pinot grapes.
