Bunbury Wildlife Park

Bunbury Wildlife Park

Interact with wildlife right in the heart of Bunbury!
What makes our Wildlife Park different is the range of animals and the personal interaction you get with them. You’re sure to find a favourite animal friend! Over 260 varieties of birds, reptiles, mammals, amphibians, marsupials and farm animals.

Our Interactive Keeper Talks are awesome AND they’re included in your entry fee.

Learn about our wooly, furry, feathered and scaly family members from the people who know them best. Get up close with a variety of animals, ask lots of questions, have fun and gain some empathy for these amazing creatures by experiencing a touch, hold or a cuddle.

The animals participating in our Interactive Keeper Talks changes regularly and may include ferrets, rats, snakes, chicks, bobtails and even a lovely Barn Owl.

Our aim is to give our visitors a hands-on experience, which is not always possible with our native wildlife. Ask the Keepers all of your questions about our animals, no matter how crazy they are!

We have two walk-through aviaries, with both South West and exotic species of birds. Our birds will fly to you and feed from the palm of your hand for an up close and personal experience.

Always ready to perform our large cockatoos are incredibly entertaining – They laugh, dance, chat and even blow raspberries!

The vocabulary these birds have is astounding and it is worth taking the time to interact with them.

We display:

·        Little Corella

·        Long-billed Corella

·        Major Mitchell Cockatoos

·        Pink and Grey Galah

·        Sulphur Crested Cockatoos

·        Red Tail Black Cockatoos

Get up close to an Aussie icon when you meet our friendly mob of kangaroos. They live in a huge paddock with lots of native trees and welcome visitors, especially those with a bag of animal feed!

They love human company and this is a great spot to take a seat and observe these unique creatures as they bounce around.

On display are Red Kangaroos and Western Grey Kangaroo
