In the event of a cancellation prior to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded less a $100 admin fee. In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days or on occasion of an early departure of any number of guests, the booking will be non-refundable and the total amount of the accommodation will be charged. If we are able to re-book the accommodation for the same time period, the balance of the accommodation cost will be refunded minus a $100 admin fee. Date changes prior to 30 days of arrival, won’t incur a fee. Date changes within 30 days of your reservation are considered a cancellation and will therefore be subject to our cancellation policy. Shortening a stay is considered a date change and will, therefore, be subject to this date change policy.
