2 days to explore the quirkiest of collections Boyup Brook has to offer.

The official opening of (Walk on the Wildside) WOW will be held Friday 6 October at the Boyup Brook Visitor Centre from 4.00 – 5.30pm and the presentation of photography awards will take place at the Boyup Brook CRC from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.

Featuring collections galore, many unique and treasured collections will be on display over the two day event. Some of which include the Keith Carnaby beetles and butterflies, Kradal dolls and Ivan Carnaby bird eggs at the Visitor Centre.

With the Blooming Wildflower tour (Friday 6 October) and Art on Abel there sure will be something for everyone.

Saturday 7 October is the big day for everything that shines, roars and is old. There will be heritage walk tours in the morning where you’ll be left fascinated about all the local history.

Buses will take groups to tour the Museum, Flax mill and the popular Harvey Dickson’s Country Music Centre. After lunch when locals rev up their classic and vintage vehicles and do a lap of town.

All tours will require booking so either head to the Boyup Brook Tourism Association website, or click the link below, to find the booking form. Alternatively, over the counter bookings will be available at the Boyup Brook Visitor Centre
