Nornalup Homestead is a tranquil farmhouse for 8 friends and family, with an authentically unique story. Reconnect and explore our 68 hectares of farm and forest together. Watch the sunrises with coffee and breakfast on our eastern veranda. Experience the serenity as you gaze across the valley. Spend your days in the nearby rivers, inlets, beaches and national parks. End the day with a sunset walk in the paddock. A place for memories, conversations and relaxation.

Nornalup Homestead is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Inhale the fresh, coastal air, listen to the birdsong, smell the forest aroma, experience the green and blue vista of pasture and big sky panoramas.

Swim, fish, paddle or go boating from our private jetty on the Frankland River. Explore the local beaches, rivers and inlets. Learn about the unique local flora and fauna and reconnect with nature in the beautiful Walpole-Nornalup National Park. Ponder the fascinating history of the property and visit the registered cemetery. Meander around the property and gaze at the towering karri and tingle trees.

A relaxing countryside escape suitable for couples, friends, family groups and lovers of history, heritage, nature and adventure. Perfect base for walkers, cyclists and paddlers exploring the Bibbulmun Track, the Munda Biddi Trail and the Frankland River.

Forage for local seasonal produce from the nearby roadside stalls. Cook up a feast in the modern kitchen. Sleep well in our warm, homely farmhouse with comfortable mattresses and pillows topped by warm doonas and blankets.

Nornalup Homestead is a self-contained 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom farmhouse. A large stone fireplace, modern kitchen appliances including an espresso coffee machine, BBQ, washing machine, dryer, Smart TV, books, toys and board games create a home away from home. The separate lounge and living rooms provide space for everyone. Our newly renovated bathroom includes an insulated 2 person bath and bath salts to rejuvenate after a days exploring.

Nornalup Homestead is surrounded by 27 hectares of green paddocks and 41 hectares of karri, tingle and sheoak forest. 4G Wifi and Telstra mobile phone reception are available. There is plenty of space for boat and trailer parking. Our private jetty on the Frankland River in Nornalup is available for boats under 6 metres. All linen, blankets, doonas, pillows and towels (except beach towels) are provided. Electric heaters are provided in the bedrooms. All firewood and kindling is supplied.

We recognise the continued connection to the land, waters and cultural places of this beautiful place, and acknowledge sovereignty was never ceded. We are grateful for the careful custodianship of the plants, animals and places for thousands of generations. We respect all Bibbulmun Elders both those past and present, the emerging leaders and all First Nations people and their ancestors.
