Serenity House Pemberton
Shhh…. Do you want to know a secret? Sometimes we all need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and allow ourselves to relax, rejuvenate, reset and reconnect with nature. This stunning wooden house was built in 2002 by an antique dealer who incorporated crystal lead glass doors and other features, including sash window seats, from a period house built in the 1800’s. We offer luxury, with a focus on wellness and have decorated the house with our forest flora and fauna in mind.

As we only accept one booking at a time, your privacy is assured. You will only see your hosts at breakfast, during which time we will provide a full housekeeping service as well as helping to plan your daily activities and eating options, allowing you to make better use of your time relaxing with friends/family.

Luxuries including orthopaedic mattress, anti-allergen quilts/pillows, 1000tc cotton bedsheets, showers big enough for two, plush cotton towels and a variety of natural essential oil locally sourced toiletries, so you can close your eyes and let the essential oil aromas take you even deeper into our gardens and forest.

From a wellness aspect there are goodies including essential oil diffusers, inspirational quotes and wellness magazines. You also have a private onsite treatment room, providing the perfect antidote after a flight, busy week, walk/bike trail or just as a great way to relax.

This is a home away from homes with a lounge containing a large bookcase full of our personal books, board games and jigsaws, a smart television with Netflix, DVD&CD player and Playstation Kinnect as well as a cosy wood burner available in winter to sit and listen to the gentle crackle of the fire. Outside there are idyllic fount gardens and a spacious undercover veranda with comfy outdoor seating and a gas BBQ with stove. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, ironing facilities and a variety of plates, cutlery and glasses which will be replenished, washed and returned during the daily housekeeping whilst you enjoy breakfast, After all holidays are for relaxing not for housework.

Your private onsite treatment room is located at the end of your veranda, which is closed the public during your stay. We provide tailored face, hand and/or foot massages as well as reiki, the perfect antidote after a busy week, aching muscles after a walking/bike trail or just as a great way to relax. Should you wish to find our more about our treatments on discuss tailoring a group treatment, wellness package or group day/two day retreat, please take a look at our Serenity House Pemberton website else Secrets To Serenity FB page.
