Beyond Distilling

Beyond Distilling

Urban Distillery located in Busselton is setting the standard for hand crafted, locally produced and sourced spirits. From Vodka, Gin and a range of Dark Spirits, a tour and taste of Beyond Distilling should be on your to do list in the South West.

Winemaker and Distiller Greg Garnish has paired with Josh Kennedy and Chris Masten to develop gins that define country and origin.

Greg has 20 years of winemaking and distilling experience and has worked alongside Josh and Chris to develop a range of gins which all speak of time and place.

Sourcing grains and botanicals from the Mid West is no easy feat. Luckily Josh has deep family connections in the region with a multi generational knowledge of the land.

Perfecting the spirit needs a keen palate and a sense of adventure. Chris excels at craft, and was instrumental in the development of the spirit – the guiding light in flavour, balance and aroma.

8 months of product development and trials crafted the JK17.

Our Urban Distillery is located in the pristine region of Busselton.
